Work responsibilities: DOT regulation daily tractor and trailer inspection and paperwork. Daily delivery of 400 to 600+ cases per day. Customer service was a part of every stop, making sure all stops had back stock organized and front selling space filled and in order. Use of hand held computer to track deliveries was used daily. Most stops had payment collection at time of delivery, responsible for collection and turn over to company at end of shift daily along with end of day log, and daily inventory counts. Perform light tractor maintenance when necessary. Solve customer complaints and/or issues with products and company procedures, while always upholding company standards.
