Shop Coordinator

• Tracking company inventory- $2.5 million, accurately assuring materials were on hand for customer orders; processed back orders, and inventory data entry. Produced ad hoc inventory reports to sales and billing; processed daily production runs while working closely with scheduling to optimize material usage; initiated an inventory reorganization that tracked materials with greater accuracy, reducing shrink.
