It is a countrywide property map layer using lot information contained within a vectorized parcel base. The project is divided into number of phases. First three phases are already completed. The goal of this fourth phase is to cleanup the datasets in order to obtain a greater than 90% match on each tax map and a greater than 95% match against the Maryland Tax Assessment Information (icpf).
