>> NUST ERP

NUST(National University of Sciences & Technology) has different colleges located at different locations. NUST has developed an ERP for its colleges. Each NUST college is interlinked through this ERP. NUST ERP has different modules like HRMS, Finance, Registration, Examination, Administration, Planning & Development, Research & Development, EIS (Executive Information System), IC & HRD etc. My primary task is development and enhancements in existing modules as well as development of new requirements. Mostly I worked on Student Registration Module, Examination Management System, EIS and IC & HRD.

>> CFAS (CBR FTO Automation System)

This application is developed for CBR legal wing. It is developed for proper monitoring of complaints by the management. It provides processing of CBR Legal wing requirements and responsibilities in relation with taxpayer complaints submitted to Federal Tax Ombudsman (FTO), Action taken on the same by the field formations, implementation of the FTO recommendations / decisions and the status of representation filed against the said decisions with the President of Pakistan.

Organization: CBR Legal Wing.

>> AMAPS (Appeals Management & Processing System)

This application is developed for CBR Legal Wing. This application is being used in all offices of CIT appeals for appeal processing. AMAPS is designed and developed to automate the process of Appeal Saving, Hearings, Order Preparation and Decision Recording in appeal zones. In addition to that the system also covers Transfer In and Out of appeals between different appeal offices, Opening an appeal batch for next review, Backup and restore facilities, Export facility and all the required reports generated on weekly and monthly basis.

This application is developed for CBR to store data from Income Tax Returns received.

APEX is an ERP solution developed by Gulf Net Pvt. Ltd. During my stay at Gulf Net I worked on different development tasks.

It is a generic application developed to meet the basic needs of wholesale dealers, working as main distributors, or sub distributors of household general products. This application covers sales, purchase and inventory management. It provides up to date information about their live stock, amount receivable, amount payable, expenses and profit/loss situation of business.

>> Online Distributed Database System (MSC Final Project)

It is an application that provides cost effective solution to Ticketing and Reservation system as well as to provide executives and managers with accurate, timely information about their organization and products.

The application also facilitates customers to reserve seats through internet as well as from reservation offices of Pakistan Railways. This application has two main modules, reservation and ticketing.
