Vendor & Contractor Management
I drove multi-faceted commercial
architectural/construction projects to
completion, meeting tight timetables, while
containing costs to meet constrained budgets.
Known as a can-do person, I often turned
around late projects through focused
management of multiple parties including
engineers, general and sub-contractors,
clients and owners.
* Ensuring on-time, on-budget project
completion in the face of late-stage changes
* Increasing client satisfaction and firm
profitability
* Leading multi-industry commercial projects
* Negotiating vendor and outsourcing
contracts, achieving cost savings
My credentials include a BA in Architecture
from the University of Arkansas. I am a
licensed architect in Missouri and Kansas and
am Certified by NCARB. My interpersonal
skills coupled with in-depth project
management skills allow me to accomplish
complex, high quality projects that improve
sales and bottom line results.
