Office Depot is one of the leading Office supplies in United States. It provides variety of Office supplies products including furniture and technology items. The project involved designing and maintaining of universe, generating webi/ deski reports and scheduling the reports. The project provided users with the ability to make intelligent business decisions, so as to assist in comprehending and predicting the organization growth based on the available historical data. Various reports were developed to analyze consumer behavior of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Interacted with Business Users and Business Analysts to gather and document the Requirements and translate these to Technical specifications for Designing Universes.

• Created several Universes using Designer according to the Requirement.

• Created various User defined objects including Dimensional, Detail, and Measure objects and tested them to ensure correct mapping of data.

• Improved the performance and reduced the coding with the use of @functions (@aggregate aware, @select, @prompt, @where).

• Created new and modified existing Hierarchies in the universes to meet Drill Analysis of the user’s reporting needs.
