Kenan is an application used to generate customer bills in accordance with TRAI. In course of its (KenanFX) upgradation we had to migrate all the Billing production databases from 8i to 9i. A team of 5 DBA’s handled all the related activities of Production, development, and Quality instances for upgradation.
