Design Package Lead, New Doha International Airport

Orchestrate the diverse contributions of three consulting firms and two contractors to ensure cohesion and consistency in the ground-up design and development of the 26 separate facilities making up this expansive international airport programme.

• Serve as the central communication and review point for all change requests, ensuring complete adherence to client / project specifications while managing the interests and recommendations of a large network of subcontracted vendors.

• Play a leadership role in the on-time, on-budget delivery of such major works as the general aviation terminal, hangars, administration buildings, and substation facilities, solid waste handling, maintenance, and security facilities, and telecommunications, electrical, and fire stations.
