A primary care provider serves patients of all ages. My services include

care of acute and chronic illnesses, checkups for the entire family, routine pediatric care, immunizations for children and adults, physicals for school sports and truck driving permit (DOT), well woman exams and routine gynecological care, family planning services, laboratory services, minor surgery, referrals to specialty care and community resources, behavioral health services, and on-call emergency coverage. There are five providers at the center. I work with three physicians and one physician assistant. Our average patient visits at the center are about 15,100 annually.
