Dedicated team player with the ability to succeed in any given environment. I love to

learn, and I thrive on solving challenging problems. Because I have extensive experience

in the mortgage industry I am seeking a position as a Conventional, FHA & VA Mortgage

Underwriter. My Goal is to get my DE Certification. I am looking for a Contractor’s

position and I am flexible to travel with a per diem.

Accomplishment

Front End UW with experience in reviewing and analyzing all loan credit,

income, and asset documentation (1003, paystubs, W2’s and 1040’s), title,

appraisal contract, Flood cert, Tax Cert's, etc. for credit and final reviews

Lead a Appraisal team of incoming contractor by mentoring and releasing them

with their appraisal authority

Was called upon to perform, train and mentor on Income Tax reviews ( Self
