RESEARCH AND PLANNING:
Commissioned multiple focus groups and primary and secondary market research surveys which resulted in the development and opening of a new 112-bed, state-of-the-art, senior living apartment complex and a 42-bed skilled nursing facility expansion
Created an outcome-based organizational philosophy coupled with a multi-year strategic plan and an" “Innovation Grant" program that resulted in improved staff morale and consistently produced combined cost reductions and enhanced cash flows ranging from $150,000 to over $1 million in various organizational settings.
Directed a regional feasibility study for the creation of a hospital-based Managed Care Program (HMO) and established EMT and Paramedic programs in multiple communities.
