Project Manager- including the entire bidding process. My responsibility includes the execution of the construction project to its completion including change orders.

Projects included:

St. George Ferry Terminal, Staten Island, NY - installation of exterior curtain wall and replacement of all interior stainless steel balanced doors. Installation of structural steel for work installed by us -$7 million project

Jacobi Hospital, Bronx, NY – installation of unitized and stick exterior curtain wall, windows, doors, architectural metal and translucent panel’s interior doors and millwork in the new hospital - $3 million project.

Hutchinson Pky Renovation (formerly Bronx Psychiatric Center)

Installation of new window Wall around the entire exterior of the building

Removal and replacement of exterior panels

Removal and replacement of the exterior gaskets, pressure plates and beauty caps on the Barrel Enclosed Glass bridge. $3 million project

St. Joseph’s Home for the Blind, New Jersey – installation of aluminum panels, windows and doors - $1 million job

1995– 2000 – E&A Construction General Contractors

Project Manager and field supervisor handling all phases of the projects . My responsibilities included the following:

• Estimating all jobs

• Completing all necessary paper work including bid bonds, addendum forms unit prices, security performance bonds.

• Complete coordination of the project with other prime and sub contractors.

• Ordering materials

• Scheduled and supervised Field Superintendent to insure the project drawings and specifications were adhered to.

• Estimated all change orders and completed all necessary payment closeout documents.

Projects Included:

Restoration of the Powell Farmhouse in the Bethpage Restoration Village

after a fire destroyed 2/3 of the original structure.

Restoration of Filaise in the Sands Point Preserve. A 5000 sq ft resident

Restoration necessitated by years of neglect and water leaks.

Guggenheim Estate exterior granite restoration and skylight restoration.

Massapequa Fire House Renovation of the existing fire house and a new

2 story extension

1992 – 1995 – Euro Industries

Employed by Euro Industries as a Project Manager. I was the responsible agent for the construction project from beginning to end.

Projects Included:

Charmer Industries – The building of an 85foot bridge connecting the two warehouses together. Since time was of the essence, I was involved in the planning and design of this project. I also was responsible for altering the entire site around the property of the two warehouses including the merging of the sidewalks and the regarding of the streets.
