• Coordinated mailing campaigns for up to 10,000 past supporters resulting in increased participation by a minimum of 5 percent annually.

• Outreach to community including Hispanic community via quarterly radio interviews with all media including Hispanic media.

• Translated English marketing collateral to Spanish.

• Designed and created Marketing and Promotional materials and distribution schedules for all pledge and fundraising events. This also included web postings and distribution.

Media Relations

• Conducted interviews with media in both English and Spanish.

• Developed media opportunities via PSAs and press releases.

• Managed logistics for media events including, but not limited to, securing donated event locations, volunteer support, radio, and TV needs for remote setups, printed materials, donation of promotional material display areas, and staffing of locations.

• Established rapport with community and corporate accounts to develop new accounts.

• Secured donated giveaway and other in kind donations helping to increase annual donations.
