Versatile in construction and electronics. I have extensively done

carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, install and finish,

exterior and interior painting, appliance installation, carpet

installation. Extensive house additions, renovations and landscaping

including concrete work. Electronic skills entail replacing most

components and restoring hard drives in PC and Mac desktop and laptop

computers.

Discount Movers (Hoover, Alabama), 1988-1992; scheduling, supervising

the movers, loading, moving and unloading.

CSX B.I.D.S. (Birmingham, Alabama) 1991-1992; Shipyard loader and

maintenance crew for Central South Railroad bimodal interstate

distribution services. Duties included 7 a.m. maintenance on all

equipment 5 days a week, filling orders around toxic chemicals while

implementing all safety skills needed above and beyond for the tasks

required.

Band Manager of Jive Mob (Birmingham, Alabama), 1996-2006; Booking,

promotions, recording sessions, kept books and organized

transportation for an eleven piece band that toured throughout the

USA.

contracts on Military Reserve Sights. 81st RSC Homewood AL. Prepared

and submitted bids for various construction jobs completed over a

four-year time period such as additions to buildings and storage

containment facilities.

Section 8 Housing Renovations (Birmingham, Alabama), 2003-2006;

Followed rules and regulations for Section 8 housing as described by

the State of Alabama for rennovating many run down houses around the

state.

Minotaur Properties (Park City, Utah), 2007-2010; Maintenance Manager

on site 24 hours a day. Taking care of emergencies as well as everyday

maintenance issues for the demanding deep snow seasons as well as the

dry heat summers for 12 condo units.
