Human Resource Instructor 2009 – 2011
Provided instruction, training, and mentorship to over 120 newly commissioned Lieutenants annually
attending the US Army’s Infantry Officer Basic Course. Taught, coached, and guided students during the
16-week course. Planned, coordinated, and presented programs of instruction and evaluated over 500
hours of instruction. Supervised and evaluated individual and collective activities. Synchronized and
conducted select training events for up to 200 students.
