-Responsible for project to turn-up SONET fiber ring for backbone and customer premise applications

-Managed billing dump process to billing system vendor. Additionally, responsible for in-depth CDR analysis, billing system reconciliation, and billing dispute support.

-Managed Asterisk VoIP PBX platform. Responsibilities included IVR tree design and implementation, NOC call center ACD design and implementation, complete management of system and interconnecting trunks, and management of all Polycom Soundpoint IP phones.

-Provided project management for island wide deployment of wireless 10.5 GHz and satellite network of 20 sites on two islands for a mission critical application required by international bank.

-Deployed multiple 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi mesh networks utilizing Bel-Air Access points

-Responsible for testing and turn-up of international circuits. Included T1 testing, configuration of Turin networks SONET MUX, and cross connects installation using ADC DSX-3 and DSX-1 panels.

-Responsible for completion of high priority limited time frame projects such as delivering VoIP, data, and PRI services to customers or conference centers with little advanced notice.

-Designed, configured and implemented turn up of IP network in St. Lucia via sub-sea fiber cable using Cisco 12000 Router with GigE and Packet over SONET cards, Cisco 6503 Layer 3 switch, and Alvarion BreezeMax Wi-Max radio links.

-Planned and implemented installation of database driven, web accessible trouble ticketing system. Included email ticket creation and tracking.

-Managed and wrote all RFP responses for commercial customers, including an RFP worth 1.5M USD for the school system of Barbados.
