Senior Project Manager, Project Management Office

• Responsible for the complete project management life cycle, including scheduling, budget, risk and resource management for the Corporate IT department in a global environment.

• Led cross functional project teams of 5 to 20 members, on site and virtual team environment, consisting of business users, technical analysts, software developers, and third party consultants to successfully implement multiple corporate and global initiatives utilizing, SDLC – System Development Life Cycle and Six Sigma DMAIC methodologies.
