My experience is unique in that my background includes Economic development with local Governmental agencies, ( City and RDA ) as ale as in the private sector with a Fortune 500 Company.

Experience includes, Economic Development Mgr. / Multiple Redevelopment Agencies as well as, Business Development Operations and Redevelopment Manager.

Experience in All facets of Redevelopment and Economic Development including Business recruitment and retention Real Estate Acquisitions. Implemented business recruitment, retention and job creation programs. Duties also include, strategic land use planning, construction, asset management, development, housing, coordinated business improvement districts, facade program, and other projects. Targeted & recruited Cities largest development projects / numerous housing projects, plus national retailers, restaurants, hotels, drug stores and entertainment entities. Instrumental in acquiring all required properties for Redevelopment projects.

Experience includes working with the business community, Chamber and various community groups, CAC's and Community outreach programs. Regularly interface with CEO's, community and major brokers / developers for numerous development programs.

Managed staff, attorneys, Brokers and Vendors to expand Sprint’s Business development and Real Estate assets. recruited other national tenants to locate adjacent to our projects. regularly dressed concerns with community groups, planners and councils on new development projects. Liaison to Community and to Corporate Office. Managed outside vendors for on time deliverables. Duties also included Sr. Property Specialist negotiating complex real estate transactions with private property owners, cities and city planning to obtain development approvals.

City of Shoreline / Redevelopment: October 1998 - June 2000

Main Point of contact to the business community. Responsible for business retention and recruiting new business to city and community outreach. Duties include land negotiation, acquisition for revitalization projects. Member of various committees achieving a strategy and consensus for direction of several revitalization projects.
