EricService application describes about the service of Sony Ericsson of servicing a mobile phone either hardware or software. Depending upon user details, service required, the Service engineer will get complete information of service cost to be done automatically from database i.e. Spare Parts, General Service and Software Updating etc. Depending on the service done amount will be charged according to cost provided by Company. User gets an alert message for confirmation of service accepting terms & Conditions. Application generates reports based on WorkOrder No. and Dates of services provided to customers.

Client: Testing Management System, NeoApp Technologies.

Project Brief

Testing Management System is a web based application that can be accessed by the employees of the organization. It enables Testers to update the status through online. Using Testing Management System the Test Manager can view the status of each Tester, review the documents, can view the reports and graphs related to the Tester for each Test Case.
