• Implemented Lean manufacturing principles such as 5’s, standard work, one-piece flow, analytical batch sizing, generic pull systems, and mistake proofing improvements.

• Reduced operating costs by $1.5M per year by relocating the business to a new facility. Led the plant transfer from inception to project completion within 18 months and within budget.

Operations Manager (2001 – 2005)

Directed the activities of production managers, supervisors, production control schedulers, and approximately 120 direct employees for molding, sub assembly, and assembly departments
