Job Profile at Mjunction

• Single point client contact for Sales/Marketing Managers, DGM,GM of the SAIL Plants.

• Currently manage EDI group; leading the development of EDI applications of several internally developed

large-scale software packages. Instrumental in establishing the internal business and resource infrastructure

to support development, implementation and operations.

• Managing new B2B product for mjunction producing a coherent product strategy including, defining product, Tender Document

creation, Techno Commercial Discussion, evaluating the tender papers of prospective buyers, research on competitors, produced

marketing materials, and coordinating the Pre Sales and Post Sales efforts.

• Identifying potential integration customers and incorporated integration strategy into marketing material, which became major

selling point with prospective clients.

• Analysis of the current market scenario specific to the Steel Industry to create summary report on the dynamics of product

to suggest client amenability of particular item and at particular time with feasible lot formation strategy.

• Management of around 300 buyers of Prime and Secondary Steel Bloom, Billets, Special Steel ,TMT ,Structural & Slab,

for market making exercises for e-selling of different products of SAIL (Durgapur Steel Plant and Alloy Steels Plant),TATA

Steel, JSPL,JSW, JSL etc .

• Appointment of the new customer for the clients as per the specific guidelines given by Central Vigilance Commissioner, Govt. of

India and Client Organization.

• Improving productivity through development of appropriate procedures, which ensured ISO certification for the organization.

• Observing CCHP (Customer Complain Handling Portal) of Mjunction to monitor the customer grievances and make the deadline

to resolve the problem as per Mjunction Quality Policy.

• Preparation of EIS and MIS reports as per the requirement of top management of SAIL Plants regarding e- Selling of Steel .

• Collection & Revenue assurance as per timelines, Balance reconciliation with the customers

• Identifying new market & implementing of Key Marketing Metrics in that region with the help of team members.

• Organizing customer meet with higher official of the clients as well as Mjunction on regular basis to analysis the current trend.

• Regular content provider for the wide circulated B2B Magazine-“Steel insight” in India on Steel.
