• Built a web based cost tracking system used as an internal CRM for a home renovation company using Cold Fusion to embed SQL code in HTML with Microsoft Access as a backend

• Managed two to three home renovation projects concurrently, including Cost tracking/reporting, Human Resource issues, Work delegation, etc.

• Acted as Business Analyst, and by using Lean Methodology re-engineered workflow and business processes providing the infrastructure to come in under budget on 12 out of 13 home renovation projects, and kept within scheduled costs on 11 out of 13

• Wrote detailed cost/benefit analysis statements when in the initial stages of purchasing homes

Senior Project Manager / Lean Business Analyst

Worked with senior management to define, document, and re-engineer business processes to set up a Lean framework for Infrastructure refresh projects and CRM re-design. Implemented the Change Management Procedures, Service Strategy, Design, and Continual Improvement using ITIL v3 framework.

PM for a complete company overhaul in regards to technology based Infrastructure and Process Improvement, paying considerable attention to designing and deploying a High Availability Data Center, associated Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, and to enhance Incident Management and Request Fulfillment regarding all categories of client requests (consisting of 7 call centers) using both skill and priority based routing of customer calls. The following projects followed ITIL framework and were managed using standard SDLC, Waterfall, and RUP methodologies:

o Implementation of a 300 unit 7 Call Center Cisco VOIP phone system and Data Center refresh from an analog Mitel PBX. – Implemented MS Project Server Enterprise Version 2007 to manage project.

o Digital conversion of over 100,000 paper customer files, as well as the associated Business Process changes using 13 Xerox 7655 workstations and ScanFlowStore as the integration software.

o Mission critical network Infrastructure design and deployment, with special attention payed to High Availability and Business Continuity. This resulted in each logical component being housed by tertiary physical components consisting of hot swappable Dell Blade Servers, with RAID 5, housed in UL compliant temperatures with 5-10kv UL compliant UPS. Physical nodes included Cisco Call Managers, Cisco Unity Servers, Database Servers, File Servers, and Active Directory Servers.

Obtained in depth knowledge of all departmental processes by conducting end user interviews with each department head to document business processes and redesign the CRM software to function in a paperless environment. Used SQL for Data Mining to gain metrics in order to change interdepartmental workflow, Service oriented trouble ticket processing, Front Office customer request and fulfillment procedures, as well as shipping and RMA processes. All efforts were in line with providing expected Continuous Improvement from an ITSM perspective, whether it be for the internal or external customers.

Acting as Business Analyst, conducted Network Infrastructure Audits using a hybrid approach of RUP and PMBOK methodologies and ITIL Framework/Guidelines based on BMC to ensure agencies were able to accommodate technological and cultural changes brought on by implementing E-ticketing systems. Built a PMO from the ground up. Hired, trained and managed a group of Project Managers and Technical Support staff and Sales Engineers that comprised the PMO. Project Managers were responsible for deploying and supporting law enforcement software that ran on Hand Held Mobile Devices as well as the Mobile Data Clients in police cars.

Implemented Salesforce.com CRM to replace ACT as the CRM software, and MS Project 2007 for the PM software. Acted as Configuration/Change Management Lead.

Built financial and forecasting related reports in Salesforce, and Project Baseline and task related reports in MS Project.

Project managed the Data Center Infrastructure design and set up, conducted UAT and Network Stress Testing to accomplish a stable integration between the two Salesforce instances when APS was purchased by Trimble Navigation, who also used Salesforce. Performed Business Analysis and documented findings on each system, then converted documentation to Functional Specifications and change orders and delegated the tasks out appropriately.

Managed over 40 projects simultaneously ranging in size from $10,000 to $12,600,000 including performing budgeting and analysis, time estimates, risk mitigation, etc. Acted as a single point of contact for APS for all implementations throughout the SDLC.
