Performed Anti-microbial studies using above mentioned compounds on various gram+, gram- bacteria and fungi

Determination of glucose and fructose in honey using HPLC-UV

Plotted calibration curves for glucose and fructose standards

Determined amount of glucose and fructose in different retail brands of honey by derivatizing samples using dansyl hydrazine

Extraction, determination and comparison of d-Limonene in lemon and lime peels using GC-FID

Extracted limonene from lemon peels by using the process of soxhlet extraction

Prepared limonene standards and plotted calibration curve

Determined amount of limonene in lemon and lime peels using GC-FID

Synthesis and screening of anti-fungal activity of thiophene-3-carboxamide derivatives

Synthesized 2-Amino-3-(N-m-tolyl carboxamido)-4,5 dimethyl thiophene by 2 step synthesis

Performed antifungal studies with above mentioned compound as test and Griseofulvin as reference standard
