JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparing NDT request and coordination, interpretation of radiography films and other NDT methods.

Conduct actual visual inspection of piping welds as required by Project

Conduct Line Check, Cleaning and Flushing, Hydro test and other piping test requested by project

Piping weld joints and to record and report non-conformities

Ensure defective products are identified, and segregated

To assist Auditors during internal/external audit program

Other duties as and when required

Material inspection of piping and structural in accordance with project specification and standards.

Preparing inspection reports as per client requirement.

Organizing for NDT conduction and witnessing the result as per ASME B 31.3 & API 1104 as requirements. Also familiar with standards such as DIN, AWS, BR.

Monitoring site activities like welding, fabrication, erection and installation with respect to inspection test plan to ensure the site activities in accordance with approval drawings, project specification and codes.
