I have fifteen years engineering experience in Piping Design and Construction for Oil & Gas for both Onshore & Offshore drilling Clients: Petrochemical (Refinery), Power Plants, Hydrogen and Ethylene Plant, Pharmaceutical, Food Processing Plants and Floating Production Unit (FPU)/ Floating Production, Storage and Offloading Unit (FPSO) and Offshore platforms.

I am capable of laying out Piping arrangement in areas/module, Piping around equipment or process equipment, such as (Pumps, Vessels, Tanks, Exchanger, etc..), Fire water/Deluge piping, Steam and Condensate, Heat Tracing, Utility Station and others using P&ID’s and Design Tools. I also design the necessary Supports for the supporting pipe.

My responsibilities were creating and laying out Piping process, Piping Supports and Equipments at PDS 3D model design using PDS Software; generating Piping Iso’s using Isogen Software and creating the general arrangement drawing through Drawing Manager.

I Check/walk down for piping erection and necessary revision for Test Packs to comply with P&ID's, Piping Flow Diagram and piping Iso Drawings and Sketches. Supports the Construction group in verifying piping routing, Pipe supports type and location, Piping Stress Analysis verification, Steel Structure, method and procedure for tie-ins. Site technical query/concession request and Project Change Notice regarding existing and/or new piping installation.

I used LFM (Light Form Modeler) to attach into PDS 3D and also sketched existing piping drawing for a quick verification of the existing plant to be designed and demolished.

I also conducted client piping design reviews and inter-discipline design reviews and participated on the client reviews. My primary task was to assure the quality of all deliverables by doing daily design review, assisting all piping designers to resolves PDS/PDMS modeling issues, communicate with the PDS Coordinator and the home office regarding piping PDSPDMS concerns through the creation and monitoring of all reports (nozzle report, RDB conflict report, database verification report, etc) required to assure integrity of the models and, provide and implement work instructions, PDS/PDMS memos or at Smart Plant Review (SPR).
