• Worked as deputy to the Logistics Manager to provide work oversight and solutions for problem areas within the project team.

• Review of resource assignments and verification of work detail, including development of histograms and other reports for the project team.

• Assisted Director of Major Projects in development of PMO procedures for proposals, including development of Work Breakdown Structures, budgets, Basis of Estimate, and major milestone schedules.
