WORK EXPERIENCE
Tool and Die Maker
Experienced with high volume, high precision tungsten carbide progressive dies, blanking, piercing, broaching, bending, stamping, coining, forming, drawing, shearing, shaving, trimming, extruding, cold forming, assembly dies, transfer dies, side cam operations, injection and compression moulds.
Designed, planned, processed, manufactured, repaired, modified and maintained production equipment, jigs, fixtures, form blocks, templates, gauges and dies, from selecting material to finishing.

Used Theodolite 3000 System (MANCAT) in conventional, optical and computer aided tooling.
