- Produce and perform Heat and Weight Balance, Process Flow Diagram, Material Selection Diagram, Process Hydraulic, and P&IDs.

- Able to evaluate the economic studies against process requirement.

- Understand first chemical engineering principle during the process work e.g, vapour/liquid equilibrium in the vessels, vapour pressure to determine the surge pressure setting, component volatility-K factor, bubble point and dew point of the components, liquid flashing in the stream especially the feed inlet to the column, enthalpy balance around the column operation, air-water break temperature to define whether to have only the air-cool facilities or water-cooler is need, understand the minimum/maximum jet-flood, weeping of the vapour-liquid traffic in the column operation, making sure the products meet the specification, two phase flow or single phase across the Reactor to ensure reaction takes place sufficiently without damaging the catalyst life, able to perform estimate calculation with heat flux min requirement to define Reactor sizing, understand process control principle to be able to meet the process objective/requirement (e.g Basic Control, Intermediate Regulatory Control, Auto control, Advance Regulatory Control), Making sure, the Battery Limit end users requirement, and check/ensure the unit cross-tie fits and consistence to each other.

- Perform/ run utilities tools e.g Steam properties, Heat exchangers, etc.

- Project involvement:

• Produce Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit H&W Balance and PFD – Grozny, Russian Federation (Rosneft Refinery_current project)

• Prepared Heat Exhangers specification – Hydrocracking Unit (Iran)
