Kenan, Siebel, Metasolv, Remedy, Wisor, etc were the source systems to the data marts of warehouse. The development comprises extraction of data from these source systems through Informatica followed by filtration through PL/SQL proc.

• Developed nine business models in the repository. Developed several reports for Kenan Billing System, Siebel System, WISOR System, Metasolv System and Remedy System
