• Performed troubleshooting and programming on HAAS, Mori Seiko and Mazak CNC equipment using both Fanuc and Mitsubishi based controllers.
• Lead Total Productive Maintenance work group reducing downtime and increasing machine availability from 80% to 92%.
• Wrote Scope of Work for outside contractors and monitored work progress, quality and insured on time compilation.
• Installed and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley Power Flex and Mitsubishi VFD.
