My duties as an electrician were to install and terminate

conduit (above and under ground), install numerous types of

electrical equipment and devices, and pulling and terminating many types of wire and cable. Operating heavy

machinery was also a day to day task which included, but not

limited to, lulls, backhoes, skid steers, excavators, and

more. Safety is also a key part of the job. It is

everyone's responsibility to not only be mindful of their

own personal safety, but also to look out for the safety of

our co-workers.

Kitchen Staff/ Maintenance [From 6/2005 to 1/2007]

As kitchen staff I opened and prepared the kitchen and all

food items, cooked and prepared appetizers and entrees,

cleaned and closed the kitchen. As maintenance I took care

of lawn, fixed plumbing, electrical and other miscellaneous

problems, installed new equipment, and helped with the

general upkeep of the restaurants
