Mapco Inc an ISO-9001-2000 certified company. An Abu-Dhabi based (Mazroui Group) multinational electromechanical services specialist, working more than 25years in MEP field done lot of prestigious high rise buildings and tower in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Qatar.

Designations : Senior Mechanical Draftsman

Responsibilities:

 Design and Drafts various HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting.

 Preparations of Plans, Sections, Details, Isometric drawings.

 Preparation of MEP wall builders work, Roof builders work, below rise floor coordination and sleeve drawings.

 Preparation of Co-ordinations drawings connecting all MEP works

 Preparation of chiller plant room plan and sections

 Comments compliance, revisions and consultants follow up

 Prepare Quantity Survey, Material Take-Off of the building.

 Prepare As-Built drawing, Co-coordinating with site installation.

 Report to Project Mechanical Engineer/ Project Manager and update with the specification provided in tender drawings.

1. AL-UDEID AIR BASE FOR US AIR FORCES. DOHA (Ministry of Defense Qatar).

Comprise of approximately 60 big and small buildings, 3no’s Water Reservoir, 8-Sewage Pumping Stations, approximately 24-Substaions, etc. Building Design, erection, testing and commission of mechanical and electrical works.

2. Porto Arabia – The Pearl Qatar

The Pearl Qatar located in west bay area of Qatar is a multi billion us dollar project. A rising Shine in Doha, Qatar, precinct comprises 31 (Thirty + Storey Apartment towers surrounding a marina).
