___________________________________________________________________________________

I offer over thirty years of executive administrative, marketing and project management experience. After fifteen years of employment with both small and Fortune 500 Companies (including positions from Executive Assistant to Account Executive) I founded and managed a small, yet profitable, marketing firm located in Birmingham, AL. During the following fifteen years I also founded Children’s Media, Inc. Publishing to develop children’s character development books and Controlled Risk Marketing a new qualitative research technique which was utilized exclusively by Message Factors, Inc., one of the southeast’s largest research firms.

The expertise I have gained through working for other firms and managing all aspects of my own businesses provides me with an in-depth understanding of a CEO or President’s real needs in an Executive Assistant. The most crucial needs, aside from superior administrative skills, are experience, a clear understanding of the management process and the crucial functions of the CEO/President. Additionally, it is critical that the Executive Assistant be able to serve as a “right-arm” and a confidential sounding board. My experience allows me to provide these functions.
