Domain Migration Project for Wellpoint where I manually migrated Anthem domain profiles to the Wellpoint domain by editing the registry, using Active Directory, Computer Manager and remote access.
Developed successful and popular Training and Help Desk Support program for Local Government Financial System (LGFS), the City of Richmond’s main frame accounting system.
Performed WAN/LAN/SAN support for ALPS and DuPont using MS Server 2000/2003 and XP Desktop Operating Systems on a variety of networks and platforms.
Developed and implemented key elements of conversion training program for migration from LGFS to the Advantage 2000 upgrade package from AMS.
Tech Refresh Team Lead for WellPoint, Inc. Davis Center Location replacing 800 systems.
Lead Setup Technician of onsite PC support for Entrée Computers. Accounts included two Fortune 500 companies.

Contractor, LGFS Training Coordinator & PC/Network Technical Support (04/93-06/96)
Developed and implemented a training and support program for all city agencies on a main frame accounting package known as Local Government Financial Systems, or LGFS. I provided multiple levels of training from Agency heads to new hires. Set up a help desk to support Purchasing sub systems, and worked closely with the main DIT Help Desk and Finance Department. Also provided network and desktop technical support for the General Services Agency, the largest agency within Richmond City Government.
Entrée Computer Services, PC Setup & Installation Technician, Richmond Virginia (09/91-05/92)
Entrée was a value added reseller located in Richmond’s West End. I was hired to set up and install new PC systems for large accounts with Crestar Bank and Richmond Paper Co. among others. Also performed onsite component upgrades and installations, and some PC related technical support.

IT Manager for PC’s, (06/89-06/90) Responsible for all aspects of procurement, installation, training, and usage of PC’s throughout the company, which included 12 convenience stores, located throughout Virginia, While there, I developed an automated fuel card reading system for commercial and private users. I also handled all billing and reports associated with this system.
Earlier Experience includes programming, training, and PC support contracts while working for consulting agencies in the Richmond and Tidewater areas. I also worked 3 years in these capacities for the City of Norfolk , Virginia, working in their Parks and Recreation Bureau and Micro Computer Center.
Volunteer work includes PDC migration of MS 2003 network and CAT5 wiring for the Daily Planet and computer training for senior citizens at the Richmond Public Library, Westover Hills Branch.
