Owners Representative for the construction of the Centralized Groundwater Treatment System associated with the Decommissioning of the 5,300 acre UTC-Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne Rocket Engine Facility in San Jose, CA. The 288,000 GPD plant is currently operational. An 8 mile pipeline connecting 62 groundwater extraction wells feeding the plant and a 425 foot long by 40 foot deep Bio-remediation trench.

Senior Project Manager for the construction of an 865,000 GPD Storm Water Treatment Facility, interception and redirection of storm water to the new facility, installation of 2 clean water creek outfalls, and the encapsulation of 1 MM SF of contaminated concrete slab in Syracuse, NY for UTC-Carrier.

RICHLAND PLANNED COMMUNITIES, Director of Land Development, Lathrop, CA 2005 - 2008

Built 3,000sf office space in Lathrop, CA as Central Valley headquarters with the prime responsibility being the construction of Phase I of Land Park, a 1600 acre Master Planned Community north of Louise Ave and west of I-5 in Lathrop and management of 9,000+ acres of other land holdings. Land Park is comprised of 6,800 residential lots, 325 acres of Commercial / Office space fronting I-5, 135 acres of Parks, a High School, 3 Elementary schools, 2 Large Storm-water Pump Stations, 29 acre feet of underground storm water detention, 3.6MG water storage tank, a 2.25MGD MBR Sewer Treatment Plant and 2 miles of Levee Enhancement along the San Joaquin River on the west.

Construction began in 2006 and included installation of 475-60 foot deep dewatering wells necessary for the installation of underground wet utilities, Mass grading, preparation and sale of a 50 Acre High School site, Completion of a 135,000 GPM storm water pump station, design, approval and permitting for the first 750,000 GPD Waste Water Treatment Plant, wet and dry utilities under the first five miles of roadways, 2 miles of offsite force mains, 3 bore and jack operations under I-5, SR 120 and the UPRR as well as mapping of the first 1,100 lots. RME for Richland, providing my General Engineering Contractors license.

TRIMARK COMMUNITIES, LLC, Director of Construction, Tracy, CA 2001 to 2005

Responsible for all Off-site construction for the 5,300 acre, 16,000 home New Town of Mountain House, just west of Tracy. Completed a Raw Water Pump Station at the California Aqueduct, a 27,000 lf, 30ā€ Raw Water Force Main, a 1MGD Water Treatment Plant, 2-5MG steel water storage tanks, a .5 MGD Temporary Waste Water Treatment Plant and a 3.0 MGD SBR WWTP, over 15 Miles of Arterial Roadways with all Infrastructure to serve Phase I, II, III and IV of a Twelve Phase project, a 5 acre Community Park, Infrastructure for the first Elementary School for the Lammersville School District and an 11,000sf Commercial Building. In June of 2002 construction began for the improvement of 922 Phase 1 lots that were completely finished and turned over to Lennar Homes in just 160 days.

Completed the 5M cy, 3 mile Restoration of Mountain House Creek, Grading for 6.9 miles of Arterial Raodway, installation of 7 four lane bridges and completion of an additional 2,040 home sites in Phases II & III which were delivered in December of 2004.

Completed the Interchange at I-205 and Mountain House Parkway, Widening of 2 miles of Mountain House Parkway, 2 miles of Rule #20b overhead to Underground Conversion, Improvements and Signalization of 10 major intersections.
