My name is Jovica Budisic. I was born on September 23rd, 1972 in Sremska Mitrovica – Serbia.

My soccer career started in FC Srem – Sremska Mitrovica, where I spent 7 years (from junior categories -cadets, juniors to the senior team, where I played 4 years). Srem FC compete in the Second League of Serbia. Then I played in several clubs on the territory of Srem. They are mostly clubs who have competed in the third and fourth league of Serbia (Radnicki – Sremska Mitrovica (IV League of Serbia), Big Bull – Bacinci (Second League of Serbia)…etc.)

In 1988, I began working as a soccer coach.

As a Soccer coach, I began working in Soccer School “Sinisa Mihajlovic” in the Novi Sad. I am trained boys and girls between the ages of 5 to 7 years. I worked until 1999, when I switch to Sremska Mitrovica and begin to work in Srem FC. In the FC Srem I began to work with boys and girls ages 10 to 14, and soon gathered more than 100 boys and girls. I am training with children, organized into three groups according to age –

(10-11) (12-13), (14). I can be proud that the boys were born in 1993 under my direction won first place in the Championship of Serbia in Kladovo (U 11).

In FC Srem I worked until 2007. At that time, I led my team to International tournaments outside of Serbia: Hungary (Budapest – UTE Cup, Beckeshaba – Beckeshaba Cup), Slovakia (Stara Lubovna Cup), Bulgaria…. The teams that I have been led to achieve outstanding results.

In 2003 I finished School for Football Coaches for the Football Association of Serbia and I won the UEFA B License.

I am a regular visitor seminar for soccer coaches who were held in Serbia.

I was at camp for soccer coaches Open Fun Football School in Sarajevo in 2001.

In 2007, I and my uncle Nikola Budisic (professional soccer player – Partizan FC Belgrade, Panathinaikos FC Athens, Netherlands NAC Breda, Roda FC Netherlands, and former coach Feynord FC youth team Nederland…) opened a Soccer School Ajax – Sremska Mitrovica.

I train three groups of boys and girls ages 6-7, 8-9, 10. Maintain the training program which I made using the methods of the famous Ajax Amsterdam Soccer School.

Also, I am an organizer of the League of youth categories of Srem and Macva (U 9,

U 10). In these Leagues are competing over 30 teams which play more than 400 boys and girls from this region.

I am the president of the Association of Soccer Coaches of Sremska Mitrovica.
