October 2008-June 30 2010, QA/QC Manager for The BG Group’s Curtis Island, Queensland, Australia LNG plant project, Pre FEED and FEED. Focal point for quality on major capital value project. Prepare Project Quality Plans, Audit Schedules, and third party verification strategy. Coordinate definition, documentation, and appraisal of Project Management System. Day to Day oversight of Third Party Inspection activities on purchased equipment for Dorado and King South subsea equipment projects to applicable API and BP specifications including SURF and umbilicals . Supervised 27 inspectors in Receiving, NDE, Assembly, Calibration Lab, and Aftermarket departments engaged in production of subsea wellheads and associated equipment. Developed Quality Notification system in SAP and participated in Root Cause Analysis and Lessons Learned development. Managed Inspections Department personnel and budget. Participated in third party inspection and Final Acceptance Tests. I took this position on an interim basis as a continuous improvement project.
