To provide an ETL Process flow to hold Procurement DW (staging) the entire procurement data. The design needs to follow current Data Warehousing Standards for efficient reporting and maintenance. A goal of this project is to minimize process time and the amount of data transferred. To provide an efficient ETL workflow and dataflow to get the data populated in the staging database so that further ETL can populate an ODS, dimensional model, and finally an Analysis Services cube. The database and the data contained in the landing area should be able to provide all the fields required for the addition ETL that will support reporting as out lined in the Reporting Requirements document. The ETL processing will run as many tasks in parallel as possible and should run as quickly as possible to ensure that further ETL and cube processing tasks have time to finish. All ETL will be conducted using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and portions of SQL. All SSIS packages will need to be parameterized for efficiency and maintenance.

Global Assessment for Response Management (GARMS), the goal of this project is to understand SQL Server Integration Services environment and to develop a Data Integrator model for different legacy database systems. A Data Integrator tool is a Microsoft SQL Integration Services package (also known as MS SSIS) that locates data residing inside Microsoft Excel Sheets and updates the central Application database System. Currently there is one Microsoft Excel Sheet that contains the legacy Application data. This is often referred to an Intermittent Data Store in the context of Data Integrator tool. Different legacy application (hereby known as source databases) containing data should be migrated to the new application (hereby known as target database). These source databases are either in IBM Lotus Notes, MS
