Project Title : “Employee Job Satisfaction”

Organization in which the project work is done : APSRTC, BUS BHAVAN, HYDERABAD (Government of Andhra Pradesh undertaking).

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT:

The Project work is done at APSRTC, BUS BHAVAN, HYDERABAD.

1 The main purpose of the project is to find out the satisfaction level of employees working in the organization.

2 The research is done by using questionnaire method by directly interacting with the employees of the organization.

B.TECH PROJECT:

Project Title : “Music on Web”

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT:

1 This is a musical website that contains all sorts of music.

2 The service is designed to help users to download music of their choice from latest flicks to old melodies.

3 As this site uses JAVA technology it would be much easier for the user to access the pages from server without wasting time.

WORK EXPERIENCE : Worked for an NGO(B2C) for 4 months.

From September 2008 – December 2008.

Profile: The Cobra Group is a door-to-door selling and marketing company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It generally uses Multi-level marketing strategy.

The company is based in London, UK and Sydney, Australia and has an affiliate network of legally independent sales companies in 20 countries throughout Europe and Asia. The Cobra Group represents firms in industries such as telecommunications, home security, energy and financial services. The group is also contracted by some charitable organizations to collect donations in the form of a pledge and enlist new donors.

Role & Responsibilities: Worked as Management Trainee for Charity section contracted by CRY Foundation(Child Rights & You), SHIKSHA Foundation(Health & Education for every child). Direct Marketing

A team of 5 people were allocated each territory on field and delegated to accomplish their task and finally report that particular day’s work to the manager returning back to the office at the end of the day.

My role was to visit each individual in person and give a brief demonstration about CRY & SHIKSHA Foundations and generate awareness on the cause and collect donation.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Won First prize in intra college competition among diversified teams for a Workshop on Retail Sector with a team size of 6.

• Received Certificate for participation in seminar on “Retail Revolution in India” by Indian Retail School.

• Received Certificate from National Small Industries Corporation LTD for participation in work shop on Entrepreneurship Development.
