Training Coordinator:

•Maintained an up- to- date training programs by ensuring that programs are reviewed, updated and verified by the Training Section Head.

•Identified gaps between critical tasks and operational procedures of oil production equipment.

•Conducted Training Needs Analysis for the purpose of preparing the annual training plan using interviews, surveys and Observation.

•Ensured that training files, such as attendance records, training profiles of staff and course evaluation reports are maintained and updated as required
