Handled all the large money
transactions that came into the company, daily deposits, financial records of
payments and insurance. Daily customer service interactions. Other duties
included answer phones, scheduled appointments and handled daily staff meetings.
I made staff schedules and handled payroll for the office.Daily job
responsibilites were answering phone calls, patient check in, and scheduling
patient appointments, verified medical insurance and referrals, handled all cash
transactions. I assisted in helping the patient with understanding their Hippa
rights. Perform initial interview of patients, measure vital signs including
pulse, heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, weight, height and record
readings to the patients charts. Responsible for preparing treatment rooms,
sterilization of instruments, giving injections, addminister routine laboratory
tests, assisting in wound care or simple surgical procedures, and assist during
GYN procedures. I recieved a great deal of experience in Orthostatic pressure
reading, EKG, Spirometry, PFT's, DOT physicals, Sports and school physicals,
snellen charts, audiograms, and 5 to 9 panel drug and alcohol screenings. Some
Advancements I have made in my time with Capri Medical Group was to take charge
of the Onsite Occupational Medical Care program and to become the offices
American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, AED and blood born pathogen Certified
instructor for onsite training. Also handled all the ordering of inventory.
