QC microbiologist in alembic ltd. India

• Hands on Experience in performing quantitative analysis, Assay, stability studies-related substances using UV.

• Responsible for analysis of drinking water and wastewater collected from sterile manufacturing area and sludge following British pharmacopeia testing methods.

• Adjust and measure pH of media and other samples

• Perform environmental monitoring by taking samples from manufacturing area and checking in different Medias by streaking.

• Have done project work in controlling microbes and checking contaminants by using disinfectants like dettol etc in sterile manufacturing area.

• Bio-assays for checking potency of microorganisms.

• All fermentation related work like harvesting etc in antibiotic production lab.
