Furthermore, I am knowledgeable in building automation to include various Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS)/Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems such as TRANE Tracer Summit, Siemens APOGEE, Johnson Controls Metasys, Barber Colman, Honeywell and HVAC system audits, commissioning, test and balance, operation and maintenance.

Objective

Created an energy usage baseline and created an HVAC equipment schedule and maintenance program while maintaining indoor air quality (IAQ) using Siemens, Johnson Controls, Trane, and Barber Colman EMCS.
Conducted periodical building energy audits to include HVAC efficiency, building pressurization and IAQ. Made record of any possible projects or adjustments and proceeded as required.
