Responsible for design, material procurement, quoting, CNC program writing, documentation, and writing bill of materials for projects. I coordinated with shop to insure proper revision, materials and routers in use to insure quality and customer satisfaction. My reasons for leaving are job is not exactly what I expected and my household has gone down to a one car family due to economic reasons, so I need to find employment in the Wilson area.

I started out as a production associate in the Marotta Fire Suppresion Department. My responsibilities included proper assembly and testing of fire extinguishers to military specifications. Learned all aspects of proper assembly through all stations including testing and packing. Due to strong work ethic and knowledge, I was moved to inventory control to help oversee and insure proper inventory was maintained to fulfill incoming customer orders through inventory software and Kanban system. I was also responsible for proper kitting of parts and materials for production lines and maintaining documentation of customer orders and delivery dates. I did not leave Kidde Aerospace, but was hired to a permanent position in Kidde’s machining department.
Restaurant Industry 2007-2008
