The Project is about the automation of the Contract life cycle and Term Exception approvals within Symantec. Phases I and Phase II of Enterprise Contract Management effort resulted in the adoption of SymART, a tool that automates the Contracts life cycle. This Application was implemented in the US and EMEA for certain Agreement Types. Phase III included the remaining Agreement Types, as well as rolling out the tool to APJ in which I played as a Business Analyst of APJ region.
