I carried out some modifications to optimize process & be safer, for instance:

- Set up new HMI in central control room (CCR) and modify logic in ControlLogix

and TT4000, can help CRT completely monitor & control gas compressor module

(GCM) from CCR

- Install vibration switches for lube oil cooler fans - Solar Titan 130, modify logic

and commissioning

- Create Start Up Inhibit (SUI) in Safeguard 410 for lube oil pumps of Condensate booster pumps, protect pumps better.

- Set up new TP170 – Siemens HMI for EMGEN’s local panel, configure and download application.

I has proved my troubleshoot ability in C&I ,especially control system, so last three year forwards, platform management team (PMT) assigned me as unique personnel who deal with emergency control problem at site, or carry modification to make our system better.
