• Participated in architect selection process. Established standards, LEED Silver certified. Established department website customer service information with CAFM system updates.
Lockheed Martin HQ Flagship Health and Wellness Center (2007–2008)
• Established initial corporate medical clinic. Participated in architect selection process. This initial clinic became the prototype for 25 Global Health and Wellness Centers to be rolled out in 2010. Consulted physicians on FF&E.
LM Buckley AFB (2001–2003), SSBI
• Successfully completed space upgrades and reconfigurations within budget and on time without disturbing a mission- critical environment.
• Managed space and sequencing of IT lab environment reconfigurations within a mission-critical environment.
Lockheed Martin and Great West Life Insurance
• Provided multiple presentations to senior management for interior design, reconfiguration, and coordination. Redesigned multiple upscale high-profile sensitive corporate environments, including that of CEO Robert Stevens.

• Ft. Carson, Colorado Springs, CO Army Base, military housing inspections: Exterior and interior walk-through of 240 housing units with occupants present. Evaluation ranged from minor repairs to condemning.
