Working in Sova Group of industries as an electrical Engineer, Mejia, Bankura and Angadpur, Durgapur in the field of Ferro-alloy plant, DRI plant and Cement plant

Job Description:

During 1st Aug 2006 to 31 July 2008(At Sova Ispat alloys Ltd)

• Electrical maintenance done of 4 Nos. electrical arc furnace(3nos.of 9 MVA and 1 nos. of 12MVA)

• During this exp. 4 nos. of 11/0.433kv 11MVA transformer maintenance and troubleshooting

• E.O.T. crane of 20 tons main and 5 tons auxiliary

• Pollution systems

• H.T. breakers (3200A, 1250A, 2000A) like incomer of furnace, outdoor capacitor breaker and aux. transformer breaker maintenance and troubleshooting.

• LT panels and Breakers maintenance and troubleshooting

• DG set of 4 nos. 500KVA maintenance and troubleshooting

• Doing a project of 9 MVA another furnace including work order, purchase order and birth chart preparation, man handling, and contractors’ job organizing

During 1st Aug 2008 to till now (At Sova Ispat Ltd)

• A project of 2x100 TPD sponge iron plant and during the project work done by me :-

1. H.T and as well as L.T. cabling

2. Installation of H.T. and L.T. breakers and as well as L.T. panels

3. Installation of 2 nos. of 2 MVA and 3.5 MVA transformers.

4. Installation of instrument systems, weigh feeders, AC drives of ABB and Allen Bradley, PLC panels and as well as their wiring with the help of I/O list.

• Another project of 200 TPD cement grinding unit and during the project work done by me :-

1. H.T and as well as L.T. cabling

2. Installation of H.T. and L.T. breakers and as well as L.T. panels

3. Installation of 1 nos. of 2MVA transformers

4. Installation of weigh feeders, AC drives of Allen Bradley, PLC panels and as well as their wiring with the help of I/O list

5. Installation of EEL makes double Spout Packing machine and etc

After completion of the project, maintenance work is going on under my supervision.

Also responsible for making project plan, project drawing and data handle, including work order, purchase order, birth chart preparation, man handling, and contractors’ job organizing and co-ordinate with government officers for smooth project completion etc.
