Sole customer service representative serving the C3 Warhorse base with a population of 5,000. Direct responsibility for managing military and civilian personnel needs regarding all life, health, and safety issues. Served as chief liaison between military and external organizations charged with the receipt, prioritization, planning, and assignment of service order requests, coordinating work order approvals and assignments throughout the base.
• Supervised a staff of four with managerial responsibility for all service desk training and process development.
• Oversaw project facilitation functions to ensure all work requests and facility and equipment maintenance activities were in compliance with requirements stipulated by the U.S. Government appointed defense contract management agency (DCMA).
