1- Study the contract carefully to create a project charter and the statement of work in order to have a clear vision of this contract to clarify the scope to avoid the scope creep.

2- Identify the stakeholders and put them in the stakeholder register then make a communication chart.

3- Plan and schedule projects by developing a project master schedule in line with the contract requirements through the application of the Ms Project software to understand the project deliverables, milestones and required tasks

4- Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of each project (weekly/monthly). Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts.

5- Monitors work sequence and activity durations for a specific discipline or specialty. Works with performing organization units to maintain interdisciplinary constraints or interfaces that define activity sequences

6- Supports cost data analysis and development.

7- Prepare Invoices.

8- Follow-up raw material shipping.
